Fast forward to 2023. Crusaders have just won their 7th title in a row. Teams like the Blues rely on recruitment 'buying a player for their talent' but they don't build combinations. The teamwork index is a lot lower. Fascinating watch. I hope Razor can create a new TI with the All Blacks now he is taking over for the 2024 season. His core is the current Crusaders (10-12 player) in the squad at the moment. Encumbent AB's will already have developed a TI at the AB level. I'll be back in 4 years after Razor wins the World Cup in 2027.

He should have had the all blacks job in my opinion. I'm also gutted that brad left the scarlets, I was expecting him to coach wales after pivac as I know he wont be successful, not with the coaching staff that he's got anyway. wales should offer Scott what ever he wants to try and get him.
